This workshop focuses on effective practices in calibration of observation and evaluation using the Danielson Framework for Teaching. Module 2, along with Modules 1 & 3, meet course requirements for administrator renewal. Three State Board approved course credits are required for administrator renewal. See additional administrative certificate renewal requirements at https://boardofed.idaho.gov/k-12-education/educator-effectiveness/administrator-recertification-renewal-requirement/.Register here.Registration is limited to 80 participants.The Danielson Framework book, The Framework for Teaching Evaluation Instrument, 2013 Edition; is available for purchase at Amazon.com (Optional). Course materials will be sent to registered participants prior to the workshop. Contact kgauby@sde.idaho.gov with any questions.The course is divided into three modules and are generally taken in sequential order. All three modules combine lecture, lab and discussion, and group learning projects. The participant must be present both days of Module 2 and complete the applicable sections of the lab assignment to be eligible for one course credit through Northwest Nazarene University.
