Idaho Gov. Brad Little and state health officials held a news conference Wednesday to discuss Idaho's preparations for the Coronavirus.
The governer started the news conference to tell Idahoans that the chances of contracting the virus "is still low."
"However, national and international situations rapidly involving, and we do expect confirmed cases in Idaho at some point," Little said. "But Idaho is prepared."
Coronavirus is currently confirmed in two of our neighboring states. Washington state officials said Tuesday that nine people have died from the virus.
"...We must all do our part to prevent the spread of this disease and all respiratory illnesses to preserve capacity," Little said. "We must do what we can to keep those vulnerable folks safe."
