Suicide Intervention Protocols Training

This virtual training is open to all district and school health personnel such as nurses, counselors, social works, psychologists and other interested individuals.
Participants will learn how to communicate with students at risk for suicide, overcome reluctance in students and parents, create a student safety plan, administer suicide screeners like the Columbia-Suicide Severity Rating Scale (C-SSRS), and access resources, including those to support attempt survivors and their families.
